Spent most of their time handing it off from one support tech to another until someone finally did something. Not unusual to be in support hell for up to a week before getting something resolved. Recently it was sold to someone else. I had hoped it would get better. Support got a little better but everything else went to hell. I was downgraded, without notification, from reseller account to their lower level hosting account while they charged me more than their premium reseller account. When I called them on it they denied it. Tried to tell me I was "always" on the other plan. Right! Now everytime I want to add a blog or something else I have to go to support and get them to give me access. Defeats the whole point of fantastico if I have to go support first. What should take less than five minutes to do (install blog) ends up taking a few hours while waiting for support. Found this site because I'm looking for a better hosting provider. I'm gone as soon as I find a new host. |
